% 24.11.2016 The parties have settled their disputes vide settlement agreement dated 15.11.2016 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
The present suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement and any non-compliance of any of the conditions by any of the parties, they are free to approach this Court. Learned counsel for the plaintiff prays that in view of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act and Section 89 of CPC, they are entitled for the refund of Court fee. Accordingly, the certificate for refund of court fee be issued in favour of the plaintiff.
