Application is marked as Mark 'C-1'. I find the terms of the settlement to be lawful. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of Mark 'C-1', which shall form part of the decree. Date fixed in the matter, that is, 12th October, 2015 is cancelled. Application is disposed in the above terms.
