% 21.09.2016 Harneet Kaur has appeared in person along with Gaurav. Both of them have filed W.P. (Crl) No.2426/2016, seeking police protection.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

We have spoken to Paramjit Kaur and Jagjit Singh, mother and father, respectively, of Harneet Kaur. Jasbir Singh, maternal

uncle of Harneet Kaur is also present in the Court and we have spoken to him as well.

Parties will go to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court from the Court itself to interact with each other in the presence of a mediator.

Harneet Kaur and Gaurav will also visit the Counsellor attached to the Family Court at Karkardooma Courts. Copy of this order will be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master to the parties.
