Mr. Ahluwalia, who, appears for the respondent says that though the petition has been filed, what is not in dispute is that the arbitration agreement is in existence.

Having regard to the aforesaid, I am inclined to allow the petition.

2.1 It is ordered accordingly.

The Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) will appoint an arbitrator in the matter.

4.

The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the rules and fee schedule prescribed by the DIAC.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.

The Registry will dispatch forthwith a copy of the order to the Coordinator, DIAC for due implementation.
