O R D E R

% 16.03.2016 The settlement agreement dated 17.02.2016 has been received, which is signed by the parties, their counsel and the learned Mediator. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. The post-dated cheques, as detailed in paragraph 6 of the settlement agreement, have been delivered to the plaintiff. The defendants shall ensure that the same are honoured upon presentation. The suit is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.

Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
