% 29.09.2016 The status report has been filed and perused. The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.414/2016 under Section 406 IPC. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2016. The main accused in the case is Surjit Das, who is on the run. So far as the petitioner is concerned, according to the petitioner, he was merely an employee of the main accused and he was collecting gold and diamond from the customers on behalf of the main accused. No recovery has been made from the petitioner. The charge sheet qua the petitioner already stands filed.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, it is unlikely that he may influence the prosecution witnesses. He is, accordingly, released on bail upon furnishing

personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of Trial Court. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not contact any of the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence. Order dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
