% 14.03.2017 The parties have amicably settled their disputes. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 09th March, 2017 recorded before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The original settlement agreement is on record.

Mr. Rajesh Trehan, managing director of appellant No.1 and Mr. Mukesh Trehan, respondent present in person, confirm the settlement agreement dated 09th March, 2017.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. Pending application is disposed of.
