In view thereof, this writ petition and the pending
application are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, we leave the question of law raised in the present matter with regard to the jurisdiction of a president to nominate himself on the Board of the Council of Architecture under Section 13(2) (d) of the School of Planning and Architecture Act, 2014.
