Appellant's counsel submits that the entire awarded amount has been already deposited with the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, New Delhi. Learned counsel for claimant-applicant confirms it. In view thereof, the application is allowed and it is directed that the amount deposited with interest accrued thereon be released by the Manager, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch directly into respondent-claimant's bank account within three days upon claimant furnishing the bank particulars. This application is disposed of.
