By an order dated 10.11.2016, it was proposed to appointed Mr Prem Kumar (Retired, ADJ) as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The proposed arbitrator has filed the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Act.

There is no objection to the said disclosure. Accordingly, Mr Prem Kumar, is appointed as a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The parties are at liberty to approach the arbitrator for further proceedings.

The petition is disposed of.
