% 16.11.2018 The above application I.A. No.15616/2018 has been filed by the petitioner praying for leave to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to its rights and contentions. The ground for withdrawal is that the petition has become infructuous as the respondent has already encashed the Fixed Deposit Receipt submitted by the petitioner. The application is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The dismissal shall however not prejudice the petitioner in any other proceedings.
