+ CRL.REV.P. 294/2015 PRAVEEN KUMAR ..... Petitioner Through None.

versus ANJU & ANR ..... Respondents Through Mr.S. Gupta, Adv.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.S.TEJI

O R D E R

% 25.02.2016 None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter came up for hearing on 12th October, 2015.

In the interest of justice, the Court did not pass any adverse order on that date. Even thereafter, the matter came up for hearing on 27th November, 2015, when the petitioner sought adjournment of four weeks and assured the Court that the arrears of the amount would be paid to the respondent no.1 in the meantime.

The matter was, thereafter, listed on 14th January, 2016 when reply was of the respondent was on record but learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he did not wish to file any rejoinder though he earlier took the time for filing the rejoinder. The matter came up for hearing today.

Despite the matter having been passed over twice, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Perusal of the order sheets also shows that the petitioner is

not interested in prosecution of the present petition. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. P.S.TEJI, J FEBRUARY 25, 2016 aa
