The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.515/2009 registered under Sections 420/406/34 IPC at PS Prashant Vihar. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2016. Charge-sheet has since been filed. The FIR pertains to the year 2009. Co-accused has since been granted bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
