W.P.(C) 8183/2016 C.M. No.33842/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent no.1 in not dealing with the illegal construction which has come up in property No.A-36, Duggal Colony, New Delhi, Deoli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi. It is stated that this illegal construction is against the bye laws or regulations of the Corporation. In spite of his complaint dated 24.8.2016 having been made to the Department no action has been taken.

Learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance on advance notice. Her submission is that the complaint dated 24.8.2016 will be answered in accordance with law. In fact, the averments which are made in the present writ petition will be treated as representation qua the petitioner and the same shall be addressed by the respondent no.1; if any illegal activity is noted in the aforenoted premises action in accordance with law will be initiated and taken. Assistance of respondent no.2 (Delhi Police) shall also be taken. The representation of the petitioner will be answered within an outer limit of four weeks from today.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
