% 20.09.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 1st March, 2016 passed by respondent no.1-GNCTD whereby petitioner's application for grant of Motor Driving Training School licence has been rejected on the ground that at the time of inspection, petitioner's training school was not found running at the premises bearing no. 205/206, RG Complex, Plot No. 8, Near ICICI Bank, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi.

In fact according to the impugned order, a beauty parlour was found functioning at the said premises.

Since admittedly at the time of inspection, the petitioner was not in occupation of the premises and a motor driving school was not in existence, no licence could have been granted to the petitioner. Consequently, present writ petition is dismissed. However, the

petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh application for grant of Motor Driving Training School licence after complying with all the formalities.
