I am a post graduate. Previously I was working as a software engineer and presently I am not gainfully engaged.

I seek to withdraw the Crl.M.C. No. 3486/2016 assailing the impugned order dated 14.7.2016 in CA No.1164/16 under Section 29 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 of the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in view of the settlement arrived at between me and the respondent. I have stated so of my own accord without any duress, pressure or coercion from any quarter.
