% 29.08.2018 CM No. 34932/2018 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

LPA 493/2018 Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 20.08.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in a pending writ petition filed by the appellant herein where a direction was sought to quash the office orders dated 07.10.2016, 09.06.2017 and a speaking order dated 16.01.2018. A writ of mandamus was also sought to the respondent to promote the appellant herein with retrospective effect. During the pendency of the writ petition, the appellant herein was served with a transfer order dated 10.08.2018 which was challenged by means of

filing a Civil Miscellaneous Petition which has been dismissed for reasons stated in the order as the learned Single Judge found no malafides in the order of transfer and the order was for purely administrative reasons.

After some hearing in the matter, learned counsel for the appellant submits that she would challenge the transfer order by filing a substantive writ petition, if so advised.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. G.S.SISTANI, J SANGITA DHINGRA SEHGAL, J AUGUST 29, 2018 SU
