% 10.12.2018 CA No.1461/2018 This application is filed seeking to release a sum of Rs.2,13,850/- along with accrued interest.

It has been pointed that this court on 02.05.2018 had permitted the withdrawal of the present petition but had directed that a sum of Rs.2,13,850/- shall remain deposited in court subject to outcome come of the Co.Pet. Nos.732/2016 and 750/2016. The said winding up petitions now have been dismissed by this court. In view of the above, the applicant is entitled to refund of the said amount of Rs.2,13,850/-. Registry may release the said amount to the applicant.

The application is allowed.
