The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.154/2017 registered under Section 376/328/506 IPC at Police Station Ranjit Nagar. Status report is on record. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 17th April, 2017. The prosecutrix and the petitioner were acquainted with each other. Physical relations took place between the two on several occasions. No complaint at the earliest was ever lodged by the complainant.

The petitioner has placed on record victim's affidavit showing settlement between the two.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. 5.
The bail application stands disposed of.
