% 26.04.2016 CM No. 27579/2015 (for Restoration) By an order dated 15.02.2016, the Court had issued bailable warrants and also required the presence of the concerned SHO in the event respondent do not appear. On the next date of hearing, i.e. 18.03.2016, the respondent's counsel had appeared and undertook to ensure his presence. Today, there is no appearance by the respondent's counsel; the respondent, Mr. Atulya Kumar, is also not present. Issue non-bailable warrants to be served though concerned SHO returnable on 16.05.2016.

In case of the non-execution of the warrants, the SHO concerned shall be present in the Court.
