Ashok Bhoj & ANR v. State & ORS
$~2 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + W.P.(CRL) 2724/2016 ASHOK BHOJ & ANR ..... Petitioners Through:
None versus STATE & ORS ..... Respondents Through:
Mr Avi Singh, ASC for State Mr Pawan Kumar Ray, Adv for R-5 to 8
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR
O R D E R
% 22.01.2018 The prayer made in the petition has been perused. The petitioners are seeking protection from respondent No. 5 to 8. This court notes that petitioners are the parents-in-law of respondent No. 5. Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 are the close relatives of respondent No. 5. They have been served and are represented through counsel today. None had appeared for the petitioners. Interim protection had already been afforded to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the State under instructions informs this court that the beat constable of the area and the SHO PS Paschim Vihar have already been sensitized of the issue and their telephone number have already been given to the petitioners
who in case of urgency/emergency are permitted to contact the aforenoted police officials. It is needless to state that adequate protection will be afforded to them if and when required. Learned counsel for the state additionally informs this court that there is no untoward incident since the date of filing of the petition and that is probably the reason why the petitioners have not appeared. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
