The decree holder did not take steps for execution of warrants of attachment. 2.

Though this execution petition was entertained to assist the decree holder but the decree holder having not shown diligence, this execution petition in accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 is transferred to the Court of District Judge, South East, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi within whose jurisdiction the property sought to be attached is situated.

At this stage, the counsel for the decree holder sates that the execution be transferred to the Family Court as the decree holder and the judgment debtor are wife and husband and the money decree under execution is with respect to rents of the joint property.

The file be sent to the Principal Judge (South-East), Family Court, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi.
