% 19.12.2018 Appellant is present in Court pursuant to directions issued in CRL.A. 786/2017. He states that he had instructed his private counsel to file the appeal, however when he was called to legal aid at jail he was not aware whether the appeal had been filed and thus the present appeal being CRL.A. 812/2017 has also been preferred. He seeks leave to withdraw this appeal so that he can pursue CRL.A. 786/2017.

CRL.A. 812/2017 is dismissed as withdrawn.
