1. Considering the fact that the Award originally passed stood quashed as a result of the quashing of the declaration under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 (LAA), and that pursuant thereto a fresh Section 6 notification has been issued and an Award is yet to be passed, the question of the Petitioner invoking Section 24 (2) of the 2013 Act at this stage, does not arise.
2. Reserving the right of the Petitioner to challenge the Award in accordance with law as and when it is passed, the present petition is dismissed. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
