% 19.02.2016 The matter was taken up after one passover.

No one appears on behalf of the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that both the parties have nominated their Arbitrators who are now to appoint a Chairman and thereafter, the arbitration proceedings shall commence.

The suggestion was made by him even on the last date of hearing that the interim order already granted on 21st May, 2015 may be continued during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings, till the time the said order is vacated.

Learned counsel for the respondent took time to take the instructions from his client in respect of the said suggestion. However, since no one appeared on behalf of the respondent, the present petition is disposed of, with the direction that the interim order passed on 21st May, 2015 shall continue during the arbitration proceedings unless the same is vacated/modified on the application filed by the respondent under

Section 17 of the Act.
