% 11.11.2016 By an order dated 17.10.2016, it was proposed to appoint Justice V. K. Shali, (Retired) as the sole arbitrator in place of Justice C. L. Chaudhary (Retired) since he has indicated his inability to act as an arbitrator. Justice V. K. Shali, (Retired) has since made the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. There is no objection to the same. Accordingly, Justice V. K. Shali (Retired) is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. He shall continue the proceedings from the stage left by Justice C. L. Chaudhary. The parties shall approach Justice Chaudhary and take steps to obtain the record and file the same with the Sole Arbitrator.

The petition is disposed of.
