Present suit is filed on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking decree of dissolution of firm, renditions of accounts and partition of the suit property. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Plaintiff submits that the Plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit in light of the fact that the parties have amicably settled their inter se disputes. 3.

Defendant is present in person and acknowledges the fact of settlement and has no objection to the suit being withdrawn. 4.

Suit is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application in light of the settlement arrived at between the parties which needless to state shall bind the parties thereto.
