% 03.08.2018 The matter is fixed for 25.10.2018 and taken up on CM APPL. 29502/2018, an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to withdraw the petition assailing the impugned order dated 05.10.2016 of the learned ARC-02, Central, THC in Eviction Petition No.270/14/11 inter alia submitting to the effect that the parties have amicably resolved their differences. Notice of the motion is indicated to have been served on the respondent.

In view of the submissions thus made on behalf of the petitioner learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is duly authorized and his vakalatnama is on the record, the petition RC.REV. 244/2017 is dismissed as withdrawn.
