% 30.09.2016 Mr. Sudhir Nandrajog, the learned Senior Advocate for respondents Nos. 1 to 4, who appears on service of advance copy of the writ petition, states upon instructions that the Board of Governors of respondent No.1 met on 23.09.2016 and some decision has been taken on the appeal preferred by the petitioner against his removal from service. He expects that the said decision will be communicated to the petitioner in a fortnight from today.

In view of the above, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as not being pressed.
