Parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.1.2018 entered into before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

This settlement agreement dated 15.1.2018 satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).

The settlement agreement is accordingly accepted and since the plaintiff has already received the amounts in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.1.2018, accordingly this suit is disposed of and decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.1.2018 including by further recording that disputes between the parties stand satisfied. CS(OS) No.466/2016
