% 29.11.2018 CM APPL No.37067/2018 This application has been moved by the respondent under Section 151 CPC for direction to the Registry of this Court to release entire amount of rentals in her favour as was deposited by the petitioner before this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner says that he no objection to the relief sought in the application.

In view of the submissions so made by the learned counsels, the application is allowed and entire rentals deposited by the petitioner be released in favour of the landlady/Smt.Nirmala Devi within a week.

The application stands disposed of.
