% 23.10.2018 The grievance of petitioner is that a Legal Notice of 6th August, 2018 (Annexure P-4) was sent to respondent, to which there is no response from respondent till date.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent to pass a speaking order on petitioner's Legal Notice (Annexure P-4) while treating it as a Representation, within a period of six weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within four weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
