% 27.10.2016 Counsel for the respondent has obtained instructions and states that the petitioner-The New Vijay Handloom Cooperative can file a revision petition before the Financial Commissioner under Section 116 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2007. We clarify that in case the revision petition is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same would not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.

We have given the said concession in view of the fact that the impugned order dated 20th November, 2012 passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies was sent to a wrong Cooperative Society and not at the address of the petitioner/Society.
