% 20.05.2015 Crl. M.A. No.7571/2015 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

Application is disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 1055/2015 It emerges from the record that the disputes between the petitioners on the one hand and respondent no. 2 on the other were in respect of House No. 23/251-252, Trilok Puri, Delhi.

Parties have also filed civil suits against

each other, wherein the bone of contention was the same property, which is involved in this FIR.

Parties were relegated to the Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in the civil proceedings, wherein they have resolved their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the agreement contained in the report dated 28th November, 2014 of learned Mediator. The terms and conditions as recorded in the said report have been duly signed by petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2. In terms of the settlement, parties have already withdrawn their respective suits from the civil courts.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping them entangled in the criminal proceedings. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No.649/2014 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kalyan Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
