This petition is disposed of in terms of the action taken report. 3.

If the petitioner has any grievance in respect of the orders passed by the Special Executive Magistrate, he is at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is still getting threats from Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities which shall consider taking action in accordance with law.
