O R D E R

% 19.09.2016 The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.304/2013 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 451/323/506/ 34 IPC against the petitioners.

The complainants are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer. They have also produced their ID card which has been shown to the Court and returned.

The parties have arrived at a settlement on 28.08.2016, which has been placed on record. The complainant states that they have not been subjected to any pressure or coercion and that they have entered the

settlement out of her own free will. The complainants further states that they join the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
