CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 02.02.2018 By this petition the petitioners Poonam Gill and Jasvinder Gill seek protection from respondents No.4, 5 and 6, respondent No.4 being wife of younger son of the petitioner namely Manu Ahlawat @ Deepti and respondents No.5 and 6 being the elder son of the petitioner and his wife respectively.

On a notice being issued a Status Report has been handed over in Court by the State which is taken on record. As per the Status Report, on 27th March, 2017, an information regarding admission of the petitioner No.1 to Trauma Centre was received. When ASI Ram Nath who was assigned the DD No.33B reached the Trauma Centre petitioner No.1 did not give the statement. Again a request was made to her to give her statement but when W.P.(CRL) 1503/2017

she gave in writing that she had slipped accidently and therefore, did not want any action against anyone in the matter. As per the Status Report, since the two petitioners are senior citizens, the beat/division staff are visiting the house of the petitioners at frequent intervals to ensure their safety.

In view of the Status Report handed over by learned ASC for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further orders are required at this stage.

Petition is thus disposed of.
