The terms and conditions of the settlement are contained in the settlement agreement dated 20.12.2016 arrived at inter se the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre which will form a part of the aforenoted application and collectively marked as Ex.P-1. Suit of the plaintiff stands decreed in terms of Ex.P-1. Decree sheet be drawn accordingly. Suit is disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre, the plaintiff is entitled to a return of court fee. Court fee be returned. Date of 11.7.2017 stands cancelled.

I.A.No.20813/2014 & CC No.36/2015 Since the suit has been disposed of, the application and the counter-claim has become infructuous.
