% 28.02.2020 CM APPL.No.8128/2020 is an application under Section 151 CPC seeking withdrawl of appeal in terms of settlement deed dated 19.02.2020 so arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is stated the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 19.02.2020 more specifically in terms of para 1 to 9 of the said settlement. It is further submitted by both the counsels the settlement have been entered into between the parties voluntarily and without any undue influence from any corner.

The settlement agreement dated 19.02.2020 is annexed as annexure-A1. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the settlement agreement dated 19.02.2020. Mr.Davinder Pal Singh appears in person and submits he has handed over the

peaceful and vacant possession of the subject premises to the appellant herein. The learned counsel for the appellant confirms this fact. The learned counsel for the appellant also submits the parties has no other claims left.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
