% 17.08.2017 In this petition there are two petitioners.

Learned counsels for respondents inform this Court that the case of petitioner no.1 (Shri Kapoor Private ITI) is pending before respondent no.2(QCI). The documents of petitioner no.1 shall be scrutinized by respondent no.2 and if found in order, the same shall be then forwarded to respondent no.1 who shall process them in expeditiously.

Qua petitioner no.2 (Kapoor Private ITI) it has been informed to this Court that petitioner no.2 has been granted provisional

affiliation subject to his filing all the Building Complete Certificate (BCC) related documents which the petitioner no.2 undertakes to file on or before 15.12.2017 and on his doing the needful, the case of petitioner no.2 shall also be processed in accordance with the norms of respondent no.1.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
