% 26.09.2016 The petitioner has been produced from custody. The Court has interacted with him.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.214/2016 under Section 376/ 506/ 509 IPC registered at Police Station - Chitranjan Park. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 30.08.2015. The petition is premised on a settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the prosecutrix/ complainant.

The complainant is also present in Court. The complainant submits that the petitioner and the complainant have been in relationship for some

time with mutual understanding and hope that the petitioner shall marry the complainant. On account of a misunderstanding, the complainant developed the apprehension that the petitioner is seeking to walk out of the said relationship. The complainant states that now the misunderstanding has been cleared. The petitioner has also stated that the said misunderstanding between the petitioner and the complainant has been resolved and the petitioner never intended to walk out of the relationship, and he was, and he is even now ready and willing to marry the complainant once he is released on bail.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall provide his mobile phone number at the time of release, which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Court. He shall join the investigation as and when called for by the IO. Dasti.
