% 18.10.2016 Mr.Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits, on instructions that the petitioner is due to appear before the Appeal Medical Board on 24.10.2016. This writ petition is, therefore pre-mature.
Mr.Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has already appeared on 27.09.2016, but the results are awaited. If the results are awaited, there is no cause of action as yet. The writ petition is dismissed as pre-mature. The dismissal of the writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from challenging any adverse order that might be passed against him.
