The learned counsels on instructions submit that the matter has been settled and the parties undertake to remain bound by their statements. 3.
In view of the settlement between the parties, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present Suit.

The Suit is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of as such.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff in accordance with law.
