% 28.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in order to challenge the order dated 9th June, 2016 passed by the learned ACJ, Karkardooma Courts in a suit for declaration and mandatory injunction filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking directions against CBSE to change the name of the petitioner in the 10th class certificate issued to her daughter. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
