% 24.07.2017 CM APPL. 25871/2017 By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to deposit Demand Draft dated 11.07.2017 for Rs.12 lacs with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court, in terms of the settlement arrived at amongst the parties. Ld. counsel for the respondent has no objection, if, the time is extended for the purpose till 26.07.2017. Time to deposit is extended till 26.07.2017. As regards the other prayer of the applicant for being provided the requisite documents to enable her to transfer the rights of plot at Country Homes, Ludhiana, as referred to in para 9 of the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties through the mediation, ld. counsel for the respondent states that the documents shall be provided within three days from today. Let it be strictly complied with. Application stands disposed off accordingly.

At this stage, ld. counsel for the petitioner on her part submits that she has instructions to state that the applicant/petitioner shall be at Ludhiana for the purposes of execution of the transfer documents, from 15th to 17th October, 2017.
