% 13.02.2020 Crl. M.A. No. 41123/2019 (for recall of order dt. 30.08.2018) and BAIL APPLN. 909/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record some bills of confectionary shop, namely, Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd., to show the presence of the petitioner on 03.02.2020. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that petitioner was in some personal difficulty and now the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.10,00,000/- by way of demand draft to the complainant in three instalments as under:-
(i) First instalment of Rs.3,33,000/- on or before 10.03.2020.
(ii) Second instalment of Rs.3,33,000/- on or before 10.04.2020.
(iii) Third and final instalment of Rs.3,33,000/- on or before 27.05.2020.
Petitioner, who is present in person, undertakes to abide by the aforesaid statement.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that after the discharge of all the payments, he will co-operate in quashing of the FIR in question.
