% 29.08.2017 It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide MOUs dated 23rd June, 2017. It is stated that the respondent shall make payments in time in the manner stated in the MOUs. None is present on behalf of the petitioner.

The petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to

revive this petition in case the terms and conditions of the MOUs are not adhered to by the respondent.
