This appeal is agreed to be and is accordingly disposed of by a consent order that in the suit the injunction application of the respondent/plaintiff will be treated as not pressed. Hence, there will be consequential effect making inoperative the impugned order dated 20.8.2016 and this is without in any manner being a reflection on merits of the respective cases of the parties and which respective cases of the parties will be decided at an appropriate stage, including that of final arguments in accordance with law.
