% 11.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.864/2013 under Sections 63/65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 and 420 of the IPC registered at police station Seemapuri on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Complainant Mr. Sunil Kumar, Field Officer of the respondent no. 2 is present in Court for and on behalf of M/s. Super Cassettes Industries Pvt. Ltd. He is the Authorised Signatory of the said company. Authority Letter has been placed on record. He submits that matter has been settled between the said company and the petitioner without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He submits that
respondent no. 2 has no objection in case the present FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.864/2013 under Sections 63/65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 and 420 of the IPC registered at police station Seemapuri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
