% 17.10.2016 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, this writ petition be treated as her representation to the respondent and they be directed to respond to it. Accordingly, the respondents shall treat the writ petition as a representation of the petitioner and dispose it off by way of a reasoned order within four weeks from today after giving due opportunity of hearing to her on 25.10.2016 at 3.00 p.m.

The petitioner shall be permitted to be represented through counsel before the respondents for pursuing her representation effectively.

The same right shall be available to the respondents as well.

The petition alongwith pending application is disposed off in the above terms.
